1. Eligibility

  • No restricted persons.

2. Account

  • Register with accurate name, email, phone, address.

  • Secure login; we’re not liable for unauthorized access.

  • One account per user.

3. Tickets

  • Types: Standard, PowerHit, Systems, Syndicates.

  • Minimum: 4 game lines ($5.40; 2 for $2.65 in WA).

  • Close: Thursdays, 7:25 PM AEST (8:25 PM AEDT).

  • Payment: Credit card/PayPal in AUD.

  • Confirmation: Digital ticket in account/email. Non-refundable unless legally required.

4. Draws & Prizes

  • Draws: Thursdays, 8:30 PM AEST (9:30 PM AEDT), by The Lott, on Channel 7/7TWO/7plus.

  • Winnings: Small prizes credited next day; Division 1 may need The Lott contact. Tax-free.

  • Divisions: Division 1: 7 numbers (1–35) + Powerball (1–20); Division 9: 2 numbers + Powerball.

  • Syndicates: Winnings split proportionally.

  • Unclaimed: Claim within state deadlines (e.g., 6 months).

5. Responsible Gambling

  • Set limits or self-exclude in account.

  • Contact Gambling Help (1800 858 858) or betstop.gov.au.

6. Refunds

  • No refunds unless our error or per law.

  • Canceled draws: refunded/credited.

7. Liability

  • Authorized reseller under The Lott (ABN 21 377 599 556). Not liable for The Lott errors or user negligence.

8. Privacy

  • Data per Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). May share with The Lott for prizes/law.
